FAQ
Before you book
How mobile visits work, where we travel, and how to reach us when the calendar is full.
- How do I book?
- Book on Moego, or call/text (252) 369-1906. If you cannot find a time online, text or call that number.
- Where do you come to?
- Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Hampstead, and the Greater Topsail Area. If you are nearby and unsure, text us your neighborhood.
- Is this one-on-one?
- Yes. Grooming is mobile and one-on-one, at your door, rather than on a multi-dog salon floor.
- Are you Fear Free certified?
- Yes. We are certified as a Fear Free Grooming Professional. Additional certifications are on our Facebook page.
- What does a visit cost?
- Ask when you book on Moego, or call or text for a quote.
- Do you groom cats?
- We groom dogs. Call or text if you have a question about your pet.
- What about vaccines, weather, or cancellations?
- Text or call (252) 369-1906 when you book and we will go over vaccines, weather, and cancellations.
- Who is the stylist?
- Tonya Lissor is President and Senior Stylist, with a combined 20 years of expertise in animal medicine and professional dog grooming.
